Return and Exchange Policy

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

The product must be in its original packaging, with tags intact, unused, unwashed, free of stains, odors or any signs of wear.
The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping returns or exchanges made by mail.
To initiate the process, send an email to team@awapuertorico.com with the order number or copy of the receipt and the reason for the return.
Once the merchandise is received and its condition validated, a store credit will be issued. This process may take up to 2 weeks.

International Sales: Purchases made outside of Puerto Rico or the United States are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Clearance Products: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Sale" do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

Processing: Order preparation time is 1 to 3 working days from receipt of order.
- Free Shipping: Purchases over $75 include free shipping in Puerto Rico using USPS service (3-7 business days).
- Shipping Options: For services such as Priority Express, please contact us at team@awapuertorico.com.
Important: Awa Outdoor & Sports is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or insufficient addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned for this reason, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
